I love parmesan crusted bread, but add cheese and marinara sauce to that equation and you have warm, crunchy, soft, rich and savory in one sandwich. Prep Time: 10 Minutes Cook Time: 10 Minutes Serving Size: 4 INGREDIENTS: 8 slices thick ciabatta bread 4 Tbsp softened butter 4 Tbsp grated parmesan 4 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced thin 4 oz crumbled blue cheese 1 cup Francesco Rinaldi pasta sauce, warmed Chopped Parsley, for garnish INSTRUCTIONS: 1.Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. 2.Mix softened butter and parmesan together in small bowl. 3.Spread the outsides of the bread with butter mixture. 4.Place 4 slices of bread butter-side down in the skillet and add 1 oz each of mozzarella and blue cheese top, topping it with the warmed marinara. Follow it with another slice of bread, butter-side up. Cook until the cheese is melty and each side is golden, about 4 to 5 minutes per side. 5.Garnish with chopped parsley.
