“Work From Home” - What COVID-19 Alert Level 3 Means For Businesses

The Government last week outlined the details of what relaxing restrictions from Alert Level 4 would look like, and has now announced the lowered restrictions under Alert Level 3 will come into effect at 11:59pm on Monday 27 April. Alert Level 3 will last for a minimum of a fortnight, and will then be reviewed by the government, before it makes a further decision on 11 May. Business owners that want to open can spend the next week preparing to do so, e.g. get stock etc, but have been asked to stick to social distancing and their bubbles. Schools and Early Learning Centres can be accessed for cleaning, preparation and maintenance. On 28 April, teachers will be allowed into the building – students who can attend will be allowed in the next day. “For those who can work from home during this period, it will allow them to still enable cash flow into their business, while eliminating the risk of spreading the virus between potentially infected employees,” said Employsure Senior Employment Relations Adviser Ashlea Maley. “While this may not be an option for all businesses, it is still the best course of short-term action, to keep things running as smoothly as possible. “Allowing more businesses to resume operations will help reduce the unemployment rate and will allow the economy to begin to correct itself. “While it would be good to see all businesses operating as soon as possible, the risk is still too high.” What businesses are open? Under Alert Level 3, major restrictions apply to hospitality businesses like restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as retail and hardware stores. Non-essential businesses that meet safety guidelines will be allowed to operate, but transactions but must be done through an app or online portal - not be face-to-face. Contactless food delivery or click and collect services must also be adhered to. Businesses that don’t have a customer-facing function and are only accessed by staff can reopen, but staff must practise physical distancing and comply with health and safety standards. The Government’s main message to employers is to still work from home if you can. Schools will open for children up to and including year 10 but physical attendance is voluntary. Those in years 11-13 will continue to learn from home. Gas lạnh ( môi chất lạnh ) hay còn gọi là gas máy lạnh, là chất tuần hoàn trong hệ thống lạnh làm nhiệm vụ hấp thu nhiệt của buồng lạnh nhờ bốc hơi ở áp suất thấp nhiệt độ thấp. Gas lạnh là thứ không thể thiếu trong quy trình làm lạnh của các hệ thống máy điều hòa nhiệt độ và các máy làm mát,  và thải nhiệt ra môi trường ở áp suất cao và nhiệt độ cao Có rất nhiều loại gas lạnh khác nhau được bán trên thị trường tùy theo mục đích làm lạnh khác nhau tuy nhiên chúng ta không thể tìm được một loại gas lạnh lý tưởng, cần lựa chọn sao cho gas lạnh phát huy được những ưu điểm và hạn chế những nhược điểm của nó, chúng được ra đời để giải quyết bài toán dẫn hơi nhiệt trong không khí để biến chúng thành các khí lạnh.  Các loại gas lạnh phổ biến: Dựa trên thành phần hóa học chúng ta sẽ chia gas lạnh làm 2 nhóm chính :  – Nhóm 1: HydrochloroFluorocarbons ( gọi tắt là HFCs ) – điển hình là dòng gas R22, R290, R404A, R407C, R410, R507… – Nhóm 2: ChloroFluoroCarbons ( gọi tắt là CFCs ) – điển hình là dòng gas R134A, R32… Hai nhóm này khác nhau hoàn toàn không thể sử dụng chung với nhau, còn tùy thuộc vào khả năng phản ứng giữa gas lạnh và các hợp chất cùng với khả năng thích hợp với mỗi thiết bị làm lạnh.  1.Gas R22:  Gas R22 là loại gas được sử dụng đầu tiên trên các máy lạnh, sử dụng nhiều trong các hệ thống có công suất vừa và trung bình, như trong các máy lạnh gia đình, văn phòng. Tuy nhiên, các nhà khoa học đã phát hiện ra rằng loại môi chất này gây ảnh hưởng rất lớn đến tầng Ozone và hiệu ứng nhà kính, chính vì thế mà gần đây các nhà khoa học đã nghiên cứu phát triển những dòng mới tân tiến hơn như R410A, R134A hay R32 để dần thay thế các hệ gas cũ. Mặc dù vậy, bạn vẫn có thể tìm thấy loại gas này trên một số dòng máy lạnh đời cũ. Ưu điểm: Dễ bảo trì vì khi muốn bơm thêm gas bạn không cần phải rút hết lượng gas cũ ra ngoài. Không độc hại. Không gây cháy nổ. Giá thành rẻ. Nhược điểm: Gây hại đến tầng ozone nên ở một số nước nó đã bị cấm đưa vào để sản xuất máy lạnh. Gây tốn điện do có chỉ số nén thấp. Tuy không độc nhưng gas này có thể gây ngạt nếu nồng độ trong không khí quá cao. 2.Gas R410A:  Theo nghị định Kyoto ký vào tháng 12/1997 thì các nước phát triển phải giảm thiểu hiệu ứng nhà kính nhằm bảo vệ môi trường. Trong khi đó, loại gas truyền thống được sử dụng phổ biến lúc bấy giờ lại chính là R22 – loại gas gây hại đến tầng ozone. Do đó, gas R410A với thành phần hóa học tương tự như loại R22, nhưng có độ bay hơi cao hơn đã được phát minh nhằm thay thế cho loại gas R22. Ưu điểm: Năng suất làm lạnh cao hơn 1.6 lần so với gas R22. Nếu so với loại dùng gas R22 thì máy lạnh dùng gas R410A cho hơi lạnh sâu hơn, tiết kiệm điện hơn. Loại khí gas R410A góp phần bảo vệ môi trường vì không gây thủng tầng ozon. Nhược điểm: Dễ gây thiếu oxi ở tầm thấp, do đó cần giữ cho phòng luôn được thoáng khí, nếu không sẽ rất nguy hiểm khi có hiện tượng rò rỉ khí gas.  Khó bảo trì, vì khi muốn bơm thêm gas, bạn sẽ phải rút ra hoàn toàn lượng gas còn dư trong bình chứa và cần đến nhiều loại thiết bị chuyên dụng. Máy lạnh sử dụng gas R410A có giá thành cao hơn máy lạnh R22, đồng thời, chi phí nạp gas và bơm gas mới cũng thường cao hơn. 3.Gas R32:  Gas R32 là loại gas lạnh mới nhất hiện nay, được ứng dụng sử dụng nhiều nhất tại Nhật Bản. Loại gas này được phát minh ra nhằm thay thế cho loại gas R22 và loại R410A và đang ngày càng được người tiêu dùng ưa chuộng. 4.Gas R134A:  Gas R134A là thế hệ tiếp theo dùng để thay thế cho gas R12, được sử dụng rộng rãi trong các hệ thống lạnh và điều hòa không khí như điều hòa không khí ô tô, tủ lạnh, điều hòa trung tâm và điện lạnh thương mại. Ưu điểm: Mặc dù có tính chất tương tự như gas R12 nhưng gas R134a lại không có Clo trong phân tử nên vô cùng an toàn cho tầng Ozone. Không có khả năng gây chảy nổ, đạt tiêu chuẩn an toàn A1. Không độc hại, an toàn cho con người khi ở dạng thông thường. Có độ bền nhiệt và hóa cao, không ăn mòn kim loại. Nhược điểm: Nhược điểm của loại gas này đó là dùng dầu PO – một chất liệu dễ bị nhiễm ẩm. Chính vì vậy việc bảo trì, sửa chữa sẽ trở nên khó khăn hơn rất nhiều. Khi bảo quản, không nên để môi chất lạnh trong không gian hẹp, vì chúng sẽ làm phân tán oxy gây bất tỉnh đến tử vong. 5.Gas R507:  Gas R507 là loại gas lạnh thuộc nhóm HFC đi đầu trong việc sử dụng thay thế cho gas R22 trong các hệ thống bơm nhiệt và máy điều hòa dân dụng mang tính ưu việt cao. Loại gas này có khả năng làm lạnh sâu hơn và áp suất cao hơn nhiều so với gas R22 nên chỉ sử dụng trong các hệ thống chuyên dụng được thiết kế dành riêng cho dòng gas R-507. Ưu điểm: – Các thiết bị được thiết kế riêng cho dòng gas SSB R507C có hiệu suất lớn hơn đến 60% so với các thiết bị sử dụng gas R-22. My Advice For Beginning Runners
Running is one of the best exercises out there. It works your entire body, from your legs to your core. It even works your mind! You’ll need both physical and mental discipline to become a great runner, but even so, it’s easier than you think – and a lot of fun. Painful yet rewarding fun. ;) As someone who ran competitively for several years in high school, and subsequently took up running as a hobby, I wanted to share my tips for beginning runners. It’s one of those things that’s a little tricky at the beginning, but once you make it a habit, it becomes easier and easier. Starting a running program can be a little intimidating, especially if it’s your first time. You might not know where to start. Here’s what I recommend. Getting Started 1.) Make sure you have a very supportive pair of shoes. Most people invest pretty significantly in their running sneakers. If you don’t want to drop $100 on shoes you’re not sure you’ll use, maybe start running first, and then buy the shoes once you’re certain to continue. 2.) Start by running 3 times a week for 20 minutes. If you can make it all the way to end of 20 minutes without stopping, great! But if that sounds a little intimidating, then I recommend starting with a walk-run. I wrote a whole card on the amazing wonders of the walk-run, which you can read here! 3.) Don’t get discouraged if it’s hard. It’s going to be hard for the first three weeks or so. It’ll probably feel like death, actually. And it’s normal to be really sore or have weird, unexpected aches and pains. Running works a lot of small muscles you didn’t even know you had. Just stick with it. Next Steps Once you get used to running three times a week (this might take anywhere from one to three weeks), bump it up to four or five times a week. This is when you’ll really start to reap the benefits – running every to every other day feels sooo good! You’ll start to find you have more energy, and feel happier and more in touch with your body. That’s one of my favorite benefits of running – I feel so much more comfortable in my own skin, and proud of what my body can do. It feels good to realize you’re so much stronger than you thought. You can gradually increase the time you’re running when you’re ready, too. I like to increase by 5 minutes a week. And then you should start researching weekly running plans, interval workouts, and sprint workouts – whatever interests you, really! There are a lot of ways to introduce variety into your workouts to keep things interesting. ;) A typical week might look like this: Monday: 25 min. interval workout Tuesday: 45 min. long slow run Wednesday: 30 min. run Thursday: Rest day Friday: 25 min. interval workout Saturday: 1 hour long slow run Sunday: Rest day Sticking With It Don’t let any excuse deter you from your goal. Even though it hurts, the rewards are so much greater than whatever relaxation or comfort you’ll derive from spending half an hour on the couch. Beneficiile uleiului esential de lavanda

Un prieten de nădejde, mereu eficient și eficace împotriva stresului cotidian, poate fi lavanda! Din această plantă miraculoasă este obținut uleiul esential de lavanda care are puterea de a ne ajuta să trecem peste situațiile dificile cu un pic mai multă liniște și relaxare. Uleiul esential de lavanda marca Fleurane este obținut din plante crescute ecologic, întreținute doar cu apă, soare și sapă, din respect pentru om și drag de natura. Proprietatile uleiului esential de lavanda sunt extraordinar de benefice: In aromaterapie (presarati 2-3 picaturi in difuzor - imbogateste aerul cu particule fine de relaxare, sustine activitatea optima a sistemului respirator, ajuta la un somn mai odihnitor); Impotriva durerilor de cap (ungeti tamplele cu o picatura de ulei esential de lavanda - acesta va fi usor absorbit in piele, ulterior si in sange si va duce la scaderea presiunii); calmeaza, purifica si cicatrizeaza ranile (puneti o picatura de ulei pe rana si veti vedea cum durerea nu se mai simte atat de pregnant, in plus ajuta la vindecarea rapida a acesteia - este foarte eficient si in tratarea ranilor cauzate de aragazul incins); Improspateaza aerul din incapere daca presarati 2-3 picaturi pe canapeaua din living; Imbunatateste calitatea somnului prin picurarea unui strop de ulei pe perna - este pur si nu pateaza; eficient ca inlocuitor pentru balsamul de rufe clasic (4-5 picaturi sunt suficiente in compartimentul destinat balsamului de rufe); Tine departe insectele precum tantarii si calmeaza ciupiturile; poate fi utilizat ca inlocuitor pentru parfumul clasic, fiind un parfumant natural ideal, cu multe proprietati bonus; 1-2 picaturi pe ultimul filtru al aspiratorului ajuta la emanarea unui miros mai placut in camera; Pentru masaj - presarati 2-3 picaturi in 10-15 ml de ulei pentru masaj, astfel va relaxa musculatura, calmeaza pielea si durerile articulare. Fiind un produs natural, 100% pur, este necesar sa aveti in vedere si cateva precautii, cum ar fi: testarea anticipata pe o suprafata mica de piele (daca apar iritatii, nu utilizati uleiul); evitarea contactului cu ochii (in caz contrar, clatiti cu un strop de ulei de masline nu cu apa); este important sa nu lasati recipientul in soare sau fara capac, pentru a nu grabi oxidarea acestuia. De asemenea, este necesara o atentie sporita pentru persoanele insarcinate. Recipientul in care este ambalat uleiul esential de lavanda Fleurane este din sticla bruna de inalta calitate tocmai pentru a-i pastra proprietatile la aceeasi calitate. Mirosul suav si relaxant al acestuia se regaseste in majoritatea produselor Fleurane, cu precadere in pernele umplute cu lavanda ecologica, tocmai pentru a contribui la relaxarea atat de necesara in perioadele stresante si suprasolicitante. Pernele au un design placut, cu diverse imprimeuri simple sau hazlii, pentru adulți, dar si pentru copii (bufnite - diverse culori, plantele si stele, masini, avioane, pisici etc.), au fata detasabila pentru o igienizare mai usoara, iar 30% din umplutura este puf antialergenic pentru extra confort. Pentru a te asigura ca este 100% pur, fara adaosuri, alege sa cumperi ulei esential de lavanda de la producatori locali, care iti pot pune, totodata, la indemana si analizele de laborator care atesta acest fapt. In plus, pretul de achizitie este mult mai mic decat ce ofera firmele mari, majoritatea functionand sub forma de reseller. Iar inainte de orice, cunparand de la producatori locali, sustii economia autohtona care are atat de multa nevoie de sprijinul nostru, al tuturor.
