Purple flowers seem to be the most common flower I can find in my grandma's garden...I wonder why that is? There are many pinks, too, but purple seem to stand out to me. Usually, its because they're accompanied by interesting gradients or patterns on the petals. I feel like I've fallen in to the trap of flower photography with some of these photos--a bright flower among a sea of green leaves. Still, I love the way this looks, and I'm not sure how to get away from it. If you have any advice for me, please share! :) ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Photographer: Me Camera: Canon Rebel t3i
