This is a great idea. First off, it gives you easy advice. But then reminds you that it really doesn't matter! Anything is okay to eat in moderation, right?

#9 is really important for me. Water always helps me slow down while eating; I think the sugar in pop just makes me crave more.

@amog32 water is great for helping you curb and pay attention to how much you're eating since sometimes feeling hunger is actually because of dehydration
