@dillonk i know!! it sounded crazy to me too when i first heard about the whole lemon water diet thing! and after looking into it @nisfit is so right! your metabolism slows down and well everything goes down hill from there i guess! and well if you only drink infused water i doubt those people will have enough energy to even exercise!

@nisfit yes i heard that it speeds up the metabolism and i think more importantly it make me feel less stuffed!~ :) and don't you think the strawberry and kiwi sounds so good??
The fourth one with orange sounds good. Do you think mixing and matching the fruits in my own way could make a mix of benefits? @divalycious
I love water with lemon! I have to try the mint though, that sounds delicious (and who doesnt need a breath freshener haha)
