Why drink infused waters?
1. Green tea, mint, and lime - For fat burning, digestion, headaches, congestion and breath freshener. 2. Strawberry and kiwi - For cardiovascular health, immune system protection, blood sugar regulation, digestion. 3. Cucumber, lime, and lemon - For water weight management, bloating, appetite control, hydration, digestion 4. @dillonk yes a glass of iced water and well simply adding a slice of lemon to help your metabolism and cleanse your insides :) YES! infused water is great as long as we drink it instead of water and instead of meals :) haha because i heard that lemon water diet is so bad for you! because some people drink it instead of meals!~
@ameliasantos10 Infused water isn't a meal! Are people really starving themselves on purpose like that?! I'll give the infused water a try tonight! :)
@ameliasantos10 @dillonk those diets backfire because starving yourself like that actually freezes your metabolism and your body stores any calories it can get! Infused water is meant to add to your diet, not to be a meal replacement! Yikes!
@dillonk i know!! it sounded crazy to me too when i first heard about the whole lemon water diet thing! and after looking into it @nisfit is so right! your metabolism slows down and well everything goes down hill from there i guess! and well if you only drink infused water i doubt those people will have enough energy to even exercise!
