1.Preheat oven to 375F.
2.Spray ramekins with baking spray.
3. Place three of the cookie dough circles into a ramekin.
4. Press the cookie dough evenly and firmly into the bottom of the ramekins, covering the entire bottom. Do this for all four ramekins.
5. Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden-brown on the edges and still a little golden and soft in the middle. If you feel they are getting too brown you can tent with foil.
6. Remove from oven and let cool for at least 5 minutes before serving, with or without a scoop of ice cream on top. (Cool completely if serving with ice cream so the ice cream does not immediately melt.) Top with extra chocolate chips if desired.
