I'm printing this out and taping it to my desk haha I tend to not move for hours once I sit down and then I'm stiff all day haha
I just tried the lower back stretch and it felt soooo good!
I get yelled at in class for doing the seated spinal twist because my back always pops, does that mean it is bad for you or is it good to relieve that pressure?
I do the shoulder stretch all the time, sometimes I can feel my entire back crack if I do it correctly haha
The hand stretch is essential for people like me who are on the computer all day. I just need to remember to actually do it!
