Warm Jalapeno Popper Dip
I made this dip for a Christmas potluck and it was a hit! The best part is that it's really easy to make! You can serve this with chip or bread, but if you ask me tasted french bread is the best. Recipe makes about 4 cups of dip INGREDIENTS: 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 1 cup mayonnaise 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained 2 ounces canned diced jalapeno peppers, drained ( I added more freshly chopped diced jalapenos) 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup Panko DIRECTIONS: 1. Whip together the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. 2. Stir the green chilies and jalapenos into the cream cheese and mayo mixture. 3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the parmesan cheese and panko on top. 4. Bake until the dip is hot and the top is nice and golden brown.

I love using Panko! Its so much lighter than breadcrumbs and has such a great texture :)
