Tandy Gutierrez walks you through a six minute workout targeting your legs. I loved this because she shows how barre workouts don't need a studio, all she needed was a chair! I found that I do some of these moves in my office every once in a while, using my chair as the bar. But beware, your legs will be sore even after a quick workout like this! Enjoy!
