I love that Tracy is doing this routine in a tiny living room. Proof that these workouts are perfect for my lifestyle! This is a leg-focused routine. Two minutes into the routine, Tracy assures you that your legs should be shaking by now. I enjoy watching her struggle because she is so clearly fit but finds this challenging! It's not just me!! small space workouts are great for sneaking in at work too haha
This caught my eye because of the saggy knees title...not sure if this is for me but it def caught my attention
I have a lot of trouble working out in my dorm haha I am constantly jamming my toe on my desk or something like that. This is an awesome small-space workout!
