I love that Tracy is doing this routine in a tiny living room. Proof that these workouts are perfect for my lifestyle! This is a leg-focused routine. Two minutes into the routine, Tracy assures you that your legs should be shaking by now. I enjoy watching her struggle because she is so clearly fit but finds this challenging! It's not just me!! I have a lot of trouble working out in my dorm haha I am constantly jamming my toe on my desk or something like that. This is an awesome small-space workout!
