I found that when I was struggling, I would follow her and when I decided I could keep up, I'd join the rest of the group. You will need a chair, 5lb dumbbells, and a mat!

What is your opinion on using heavier weights? I want a challenge so I'd want to try 8lb weights, Is a specific reason for using 5lb?
@galinda I would start with lighter weights. If you feel comfortable with 5lbs and want more, then move to 8lbs
