This easy move is a basic practice for CrossFit, the newest fitness crave sweeping the world. You'll need a box to jump on - make sure its a stable object. You can even modify this to use your stairs, jump onto the third stair or even the fourth if you can manage it!
Works: Butt and legs
Stand facing box or step, feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended at your sides. Squat, then jump onto the plyo box, using your arms to propel you. Step down to return to starting position and repeat. Do 20 to 25 reps."
