Hello! Here is another picture from my trip to Jeju. This photo was taken as the sunset along the shore. I really loved these statues set along the sea wall, so I tried to capture these birds along with the beauty of the sunset. As always, I'm looking for any tips on how to take a better picture next time, or if you have any suggestions on how to edit this. =================================== Photographer: Me Camera: Canon Rebel t3i

Hey @hikaymm you have a great photograph here! I don't think it needs any altering, the capture here is really great. Do you think you could tell me how you shot the image, in regards to shutter speed, f/stop (aperture), and ISO? Thanks!
@dillonk ok so I shot it with 400 ISO, f/3.5 at 1/1250s
@dillonk sure! I'm on mobile right now but I'll check it later :) I'll try to start adding those stats to cards!
@hikaymm Great! Thanks for adding this. Just some pointers for the future, a lower ISO will give you a better/richer set of colors in the photograph, however, lower ISOs need more light so there is a trade off. A f/3.5 is okay if you want that selective focus (with the background fuzzy) like that. Next time you take a shot like this do a little experiment. Set a low f/stop as you did and take a picture, for the next one set a high f/stop. At the high f/stop the entire scenery will be closer to in focus. These kinds of activities not only help learn about camera functions, but help guide your artistic direction for capturing images. I hope this helps! :)
