This is perfect for a full body tone. If you can't make it through the whole workout, try to do as much as you can and then take a break on your knees.
@onesmile i am probably right there behind you! it’s like no matter how much i try to get arm strength and upper body strength i just couldn’t seem to build any : / but yes maybe trying this 5 minutes a day wouldn’t hurt!
