Five minutes! You can all spare five minutes in the morning! This is perfect for a full body tone. If you can't make it through the whole workout, try to do as much as you can and then take a break on your knees.

@onesmile i am probably right there behind you! it’s like no matter how much i try to get arm strength and upper body strength i just couldn’t seem to build any : / but yes maybe trying this 5 minutes a day wouldn’t hurt!

I tend to do planks as after my work out as an all out blow out, I just try to go for as long as I can. Maybe I'll work them into my routine with this workout!

I do elbow plank but it's hard I always can't do it for one minute
