This is a great move to fire up your abs using only your own body weight. Begin lying on your back on your mat with your legs and arms in the air. Roll yourself up so you are only supporting yourself on your lower back. Hold this position for a full inhale and exhale then slowly lower to starting position. I included a video tutorial for our visual learners :)

My instructor always yells at me for doing the roll up part too fast because the slower you go the harder it is (and the more effective :/)
