Keep a pair of dumbbells near your desk at all times so when you're taking a quick break you can to a few exercises. You can even use them while you're on the phone! Having them at your desk will remind you to take a break from your work and get your blood pumping!

Such a good tip! The more you see workout equipment, the more likely you are to use it!
I have baby ones one my desk but they are mostly used as paper weights. Maybe I'll start using them the right way from now on ;)
I work from home, but I keep dumbbells near my desk here and I use it to keep me focused
