Without a doubt, one of my favourite Korean foods is dak gal-bi. I'm not a huge fan of red meat (although exceptions are made for bulgogi) but I love chicken dishes.
The popular dish is prepared by stir-frying marinated boneless chicken in spicy red pepper paste with various other ingredients including sweet potatoes, cabbage, onions and rice cakes.
Don't forget to order some rice at the end which you can mix in the remaining sauce to make some delicious Korean fried rice!
