The group's name is pretty cool - Ikimonogakari refers to the group of children who are responsible for looking after the plants and animals in each Japanese elementary school! Right then.... The first night of performances ended with a safe, sugar-coated performance from indie favourites Ikimonogakari who sang their popular hit ‘Kaze Ga Fuiteiru’ much to the crowds’ enjoyment. The entire stadium was on it’s feet singing along with the band – a wonderful end to a perfect opening night.
