Exhibition: After Ansel Adams
Ansel Adams is not only widely regarded as a master of landscape photography, but also a master printer in the dark room because of his various technical skills. The exhibition "After Ansel Adams" is an awesome tribute to this landscape photographer. The exhibition, currently running the the Museum of Photographic Arts in San Diego, includes original Ansel Adams works in combination with nine contemporary photographers who were inspired by Adams and followed in his footsteps. This exhibition attempts to highlight the fact that Ansel Adam's work continues to inspire contemporary photographers around the world, not only in the sense of beautiful landscape photography, but pushing photography to new grounds in technical processes. Here are the photographers participating in the exhibition: Millee Tibbs Donna J. Wan Matthew Brandt Binh Danh Michael Lundgren Mark Klett and Byron Wolfe Chris McCaw Takeshi Shikama

Do you happen to know how the third photo was produced? I've never seen one quite like that.
@nokcha if you click through to the article there are details about each of the images.
@nokcha Nice eye, that is Matthew Brandt's photograph. The fifth image is also his. As @jonasyip mentioned, you can click on the link to find out more about this artist. He has some pretty strange processing methods!
As someone who has always loved Ansel Adams, it's really really cool to see updates and new methods for creating familiar images work out. I'm a big fan of the 5th image by Lundgren. Awesome.
