Hoa ngũ sắc trong việc chữa xoang thần kỳ
Từ lâu, trong dân gian, cây hoa ngũ sắc (hay còn gọi là cây hoa cứt lợn) đã được coi là một vị thuốc hay và cực kỳ hiệu quả trong điều trị bệnh viêm xoang với tác dụng chống viêm, chống phù nề, dị ứng trong cả đợt cấp tính và mạn tính. Viêm xoang là một bệnh lý phổ biến ở nước ta với tỷ lệ từ 15% đến 20% dân số bị mắc. Bệnh thường dai dẳng, khó chữa dứt điểm và thường gây ra các biến chứng như viêm thanh quản mạn tính, viêm nề ổ mắt, viêm mí, giảm thị lực, viêm tai giữa… khi không được điều trị kịp thời. >>>Xem thêm: Xịt xoang hoa ngũ sắc Do bệnh thường dai dẳng kéo dài nên để điều trị dứt điểm, người bệnh cần phải kiên trì dùng thuốc trong một thời gian dài, ít nhất là từ 3 đến 6 tháng, có nhiều trường hợp phải điều trị kéo dài tới vài năm. Vì vậy, các bác sỹ chuyên khoa tại mũi họng khuyên rằng: người bệnh nên sử dụng các loại thuốc được bào chế từ cây cỏ tự nhiên để đạt hiệu quả điều trị cao nhất lại an toàn và không có tác dụng phụ. Hoa ngũ sắc là một loại cây nhỏ, thân nhiều lông mềm, cao từ 25cm - 50cm, có hoa nhỏ màu tím và xanh, mọc hoang ở khắp nơi, nhất là ở vùng nông thôn. Theo các nghiên cứu hiện đại, toàn thân cây hoa ngũ sắc có chứa khoảng 0,16% tinh đầu (so với dược liệu khô), hơi sánh đặc, màu vàng nhạt đến vàng nghệ, mùi thơm dễ chịu. Nhờ vậy, những dịch mủ xanh, vàng còn tồn đọng trong lòng xoang và hốc mũi được thải loại ra ngoài. Ngoài ra, để tăng tác dụng thông mũi và hạn chế độ “xót” khi sử dụng hoa cứt lợn trị viêm xoang, cần kết hợp với hai vị thuốc khác là Tân di và Thương nhĩ tử. Mặt khác, bệnh nhân viêm xoang cũng nên kết hợp phương pháp chữa bệnh: “trong uống, ngoài xoa” để điều trị dứt điểm căn nguyên của bệnh. Điển hình là bài thuốc trong sách Cổ Y Văn - có sử dụng hai vị thuốc quý là Tân di và Thương nhĩ tử tán kết hợp với các thảo dược khác Bạch Chỉ, Cảo Bản, Phòng Phong, Tế Tân.... để hỗ trợ điều trị viêm xoang hiệu quả. Và để tiết kiệm thời gian, công sức trong quá trình điều trị, người bệnh có thể sử dụng các sản phẩm dạng xịt hoặc dạng dung dịch nhỏ mũi và các loại thuốc uống dạng viên nang được bào chế từ các vị thuốc nêu trên. Các dạng bào chế này không chỉ mang đến sự tiện lợi mà còn đảm bảo chất lượng do được sản xuất theo đúng quy trình và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng y tế. Chicken Alfredo Baked Ziti
Delicious chicken and ziti tossed with a lighter alfredo sauce and baked up to cheesy perfection. INGREDIENTS: CHICKEN BAKED ZITI INGREDIENTS: 12 ounces ziti (or any pasta shape) 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken (about 2 small chicken breasts) 1 batch alfredo sauce (see below) 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (I used 2% low fat) (optional toppings: additional shredded Parmesan cheese, chopped fresh parsley) ALFREDO SAUCE INGREDIENTS: 1 Tbsp. olive oil 4 cloves garlic, minced 3 Tbsp. flour 1 cup chicken broth 1 cup low-fat milk (I used 1%) 3/4 cup freshly-grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper DIRECTIONS: TO MAKE THE CHICKEN BAKED ZITI: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.Cook the pasta al dente in a large stockpot of well-salted boiling according to package instructions. Drain. Return pasta to the stockpot and add chicken and alfredo sauce. Gently toss to combine until the pasta is evenly coated. Pour half of the pasta into a greased 11x7-inch or 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with 1 cup of cheese. Layer the remaining half of the pasta evenly on top. Sprinkle evenly with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and just barely starts to turn golden. Remove and serve immediately, sprinkled with additional toppings if desired. TO MAKE THE ALFREDO SAUCE: Heat olive oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and saute one minute, stirring occasionally, until fragrant. Sprinkle with flour, and stir to combine. Saute for an additional minute to cook the flour, stirring occasionally. Slowly add chicken broth, whisking to combine until smooth. Whisk in milk, and bring the mixture to a simmer. Let cook for an additional minute until thickened, then stir in Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper until the cheese melted. Remove from heat and set aside.
