Meditation for Stress Relief
The simple act of sitting quietly and clearing your mind can do wonders for your mental well being. There are numerous apps, websites, podcasts, etc, that can lead your through home meditation. I suggest beginning with meditating two minutes at a time. Completely clear your mind of worries and plans for these two minutes and see how it changes your outlook on life.

Like I said on @ryantadman's card before, I started meditating before I knew I started meditating!
I've started (sort of) meditating right before bed. I turn off the lights and clear my mind of everything that has happened during the day and I can sleep peacefully :)
@sophiamor I have 2 kids and could never think of a good time to meditate thank for posting that comment because I can't beleive I never thought of doing it before bed. I now know when I can haha.
