And what I want to do is I want to be reducing any visceral fat, also known as active fat. Now, this is the abdominal belly fat that sits in our abdominal cavity and it can be stored around internal organs. This way, it's really important for health that we reduce any excess of belly fat. Alright, so just keep going give me another 25 seconds from now.
