Goodness- this is another routine I'm going to have to add into my mornings!

Starting your say with push ups powers up your whole bod!
I try to start my morning with a mix of squats and push ups, get that heart going ;)
@caricakes sometimes I get on my phone to distract myself and sit in that position for longer than I usually can! @hikaymm lol good luck!
