Warrior 1 - Yoga For Leg Strength
- Sink into a deep lunge with your left leg forward and find your center. - Extend your arms to the sky and settle your gaze on your finger tips. - Place your hands together and hold the pose for a long stretch. - Switch legs and hold pose again.

This is one of my favorite poses because I feel so fierce when I hit it haha Its a full body stretch for me too
This is such a good pose of surfers, one of my go-to poses for my morning practice
For some reason I have so much more trouble balancing in this pose than in warrior two haha
