Squats are one of the best toning moves for your lower body, but God are they boring!
Here's a way to spice up the squat, and work your quads in a completely new way.
Adding the exertion of the jump to a squat, your quads will be forced to react to a motion they are not used to, turning up the toning power!
1. Start standing with your feet shoulder width apart.
2. Lower into a traditional squat (keep those knees from crossing over your toes!)
3. Push through heels with all of your strength to get as high in the air as you can.
4. When you come down, drop right back to a squat position. That's one rep!
