Chuẩn bị: Bí đỏ: 20g Cháo trắng: 2 thìa cà phê Cách thực hiện Hấp chín bí đỏ nghiền nhuyễn Cháo trắng nấu theo tỉ lệ 1 gạo 10 nước. Sau đó rây qua lưới cho thật mịn. Cháo trắng – Hạt sen nghiền Nguyên liệu: Hạt sen: 30g. Cháo trắng: 2 thìa cà phê. Bơ chín + sữa mẹ: vừa đủ. Cách thực hiện: Hạt sen luộc cho chín mềm, nhừ sau đó rây qua lưới cho mịn. Sữa bột pha theo công thức, tỷ lệ quy định rồi trộn cùng với hạt sen. Chuối trộn sữa  Nguyên liệu: Chuối chín: nửa quả. Sữa mẹ/ sữa công thức: 60ml. Cách làm: Dùng thìa để nghiền nát chuối thật nát sau đó rây qua lưới. Sữa công thức pha đúng tỷ lệ rồi cho chuối vào trộn đều cho đến khi món ăn đạt độ sánh vừa bé ăn là được.
