More strawberries for me^^
I think the other important factor in this is how these foods are prepared. Obviously fried tofu or chocolate covered strawberries arent as good for your skin as fresh strawberries and raw tofu!
@Sjeanyoon definitely! I know that coffee is especially good for your skin if you're actually using coffee grounds as a mask, but not so much in a super sweet latte!
And lots and lots of water.
