Jennifer Carey gives great tips with concise explanations here. This would be great to use in a professional development session! Teachers could work through this post and try each suggestion to get familiar with using Google Drive. We need to level that playing field, as some teachers use Google Drive with all their classes, and others haven't a clue. It would be great to also share Google Presentation. We still have students collaborating on PowerPoint, then finding their home versions of it have left their group presentation a mess!
@caricakes, and I get frustrated by teachers who make students print their work from Google Drive. We are a Google Apps for education school, so it's very easy to share work with anyone in our district.
I was always frustrated with the professors that refused to accept anything via Google Drive, while others wouldn't accept anything NOT in Google Drive. It's a great tool that everyone should be using!
