An amazing cocktail recipe that I saw my friends make. It's quite cold and freshening and tasty as well.
7 tablespoons raw sugar
2 cups fresh blueberries, divided
2 cups brewed unsweetened black tea1
1/2 cups fruity rosé
1 cup bourbon
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
8 lemon slices
Stir 7 tablespoons in hot water until the sugar is dissolved, then transfer the dissolved sugar into food processor.
Later add 1/2 cups blueberries to the processor and purée. Set a strainer over a large pitcher and then strain the blueberry mixture, meanwhile press on solids parts to extract as much as liquid as you can.
Later add tea, rosé, bourbon, and lemon juice to the pitcher.
Refrigerate until it's chilled, it takes about 2 hours or 3 depending on the fridge.
Cut remaining 1/2 cup blueberries in half; add to pitcher. Fill Old Fashioned glasses with ice. Divide cocktail among glasses. Garnish with lemon slices and serve.
