This is a great video if you're not sure how to create a Google Form. Very clear instructions that should have you creating forms for all sorts of things! I use Forms in our March Book Madness. Kids were able to vote each week on their favorite book series and see which books were winning in their brackets. Another idea which I will try this year, is to use a Google Form for Twitter book reviews. I can limit the text of their review to 130 characters, add a hash tag, and post easily to our library Twitter feed. If you are already a Google Forms expert, share this with your colleagues.
