The Revolution in Asking and Answering Questions
If you're spending some time teaching research, it's worth sharing Dan Russell's TEDx talk with students. He discusses how thinking and searching have changed because of the Internet, but not everyone has caught up. He works through a few search challenges (He posts them on his blog, <http://searchresearch1.blogspot.co.uk/>) and continually reminds students to work with what you know. It's worth sharing, then giving students time to work on the Google a Day challenges, or reading some of the blog posts, as he always shares the steps to take to solve his challenge.

I am guilty of relying on google for all of my answers. This is a great TED talk!

I am, too, @ryantadman, so it's great to learn how to use Google better.
