Here’s what you’ll need to make Coconut Water: A corkscrew or hammer & nail 1 or 2 coconuts filtered water sea salt local/organic honey (if possible) Remove water from coconut with a corkscrew. You want to screw it into one of the three holes. Then you can hold it over a glass and let it drain out. Heat 1/2 cup of the water to boiling and remove from heat. Add the honey (or syrup) and salt; stir until dissolved. Add the remaining water, honey mixture, and water from the coconut to a 1/2 gallon size pitcher. Stir and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
