Another delicious Croatian bread recipe! I have always loved this bread, and miss the days when my grandmother would make it for me. My mother and I never learned to make it her way, so I am trying out recipes until I get it right so that I can teach my kids, too! So far this recipe is my favorite for the Orahnjaca: it seems to be the perfect balance of sweetness versus yeasty-ness. I think I'll add some raisins soaked in rum to get the perfect flavor that I remember!
