Once a moment after waking up and once a moment before going to sleep the mind goes to the alpha state. These are the best times to review goals and build strong beliefs. The Dream Board is a useful tool that can depict all your goals and desires at the beginning of the day in front of your eyes.
How to prepare a vision board
To make a wish list, we need a place to paste the image of the desires and goals that we are going to attract. We can make a wooden board measuring one and a half meters by one and a half meters. Cover it with a piece of ionolite and install it on the wall.
First, write a commitment in bold and install it at the top of the wish list. Write the commitment as follows:

Now is the time to make a list of goals and aspirations. Your goals should be as clear as possible. Avoid choosing vague goals. For example, do not write a lot of money in your list of goals. Because it is an ambiguous goal. By setting goals, you help the mind to attract opportunities to achieve that specific goal.

After making a list of goals, it's time to take a picture of your goals for installation on the board. It makes you feel better. This will make the goals more achievable in your mind. Because you have seen your goal closely and taken the picture of it yourself.
Print the images in large and small dimensions according to the importance of them to you and paste them on the wish board.
Paste the images in such a way that you can communicate between them in your mind. For example, if your goal is to go to a particular country, buy a house, a car, and go to college, first stick a picture of that particular country, then stick to your dream home, car, and college so that seeing them evokes exactly the same path in your mind.
Storytelling with a vision board
To better connect the images and capture them in your mind, it's best to create a story that has all the objects and situations you want to capture. The story you create is better than the story you are going to live in the future.
Important Note: When creating a story with a picture of goals, do not mention how and how to absorb them. Let the universe bring them into your life in any way it sees fit. So when you see a photo of your house, do not think that you are going to buy it in cash or get it through a loan or installment or any other way. It is enough to live in that house in your mind.
See yourself in your favorite city or country with your favorite landscape. Live in your home. Drive to your workplace or university in your dream car. Go to a restaurant and order your favorite food. Have the fun you want. Immerse yourself in the situation you want. Keep in mind that doing this powerful exercise should make you feel good. If you feel bored and unhappy about doing it, there are several reasons:
You have not chosen your goals correctly. Because seeing goals always gives a good feeling to a person. So if you do not feel good about seeing the images, you are probably wrong in choosing them.
You have misconceptions about your goals in mind. For example, if you believe that your goals are not achievable, seeing them also gives you a bad feeling of frustration.
You have not changed the image of your goals for a long time. Change the image of your goals on the board from time to time. The mind after a while ignores anything that is repetitive and unchanging. Like when a sound is played regularly and uninterruptedly in the environment or there is a certain smell in the environment. In this state, the mind ignores this repetitive feeling after a while, as if they are no longer in the environment. For this reason, in order to make the wish list more effective, it is better to update the pictures of your goals from time to time.
