Cinnamon Oatmeal Bars
Serves 15 1 cup oat flour 1/2 cup apple sauce 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1 cup almond milk 1 dash sea salt 15 drops sweetener liquid 2 large egg whites 1 tbsp cinnamon 2 tsps baking powder 5 tsps brown sugar Directions Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Spray an 8 X 8 inch dish with non-stick spray. In medium bowl combine all dry ingredients. In separate bowl combine all wet ingredients. Combine both mixtures together. Bake for 25 minutes.

These sound so easy to make! Plus the oatmeal is really filling so you might not over eat :)

I love oatmeal cookies but I've never had oatmeal bars! Yummy!
