MAKE SPRING ROLL WRAPPER SHEETS

Now add salt to it according to taste. After adding salt, add water on it.
In the beginning, add little water to the batter of the sheet so that it does not form lumps, and mix it well so that its batter becomes a smooth batter.
After that, you add more water to it. In this batter recipe, you will need at least one and a half to two cups of water or even more because we have to make our batter very thin, just like water.
When the spring roll sheet is made. it is very thin and sticky at the same time. It is so sticky that they stick to each other which is hard to separate.
To make it separate, here you take a plate on which sprinkle cornstarch or arrowroot in it. Remember you have to use a lot of corn starch in this recipe.
Now you turn on your gas and keep a frying pan on it. Try to use a canoe-shaped fry pan. this will make the sheet of your spring rolls very easily, in which you will not face any problems.
When your pan becomes medium hot, then put a spoonful of batter in it and move it around, such that our spring roll sheet will be ready instantly.

Now take out the extra batter from the frying pan, by tilting the frying pan a little, remove the extra batter from it. If you do not remove the extra batter then your spring roll sheet will become thick which will not be tasty to eat at all.
Because we have to make a thin sheet so that extra batter will have to be removed. 
Keep the flame of the gas medium and remove the place from where you took out the extra batter with a spoon. When this sheet is cooked, you will see that this sheet will start rising from the side and as soon as it starts to cook and emerge, you will grab it and pull it, keep it on a plate and sprinkle cornstarch on top of it. 

PREPARE VEGETABLE STUFFING FOR SPRING ROLL
Now we will prepare the filling of spring rolls in restaurant style. To prepare the filling of the spring roll. First of all, heat a pan and as soon as the pan becomes hot, add oil according to it or as much oil as you eat.
