Cassey Ho has built a huge following on Youtube (we're talking 1.6 million subscribers and over 130 million views) through her channel Blogilates. She offers fun, peppy pilates and body pump style cardio routines all designed to help get you in shape. I really like the routines but find the commentary a little irritating at times. Do you have a favourite blogilates routine?
I've seen a couple of her videos before actually, but I've always been a bit too intimidated to try them out. Any recommendations for a beginner workout @traveller?
