2 cloves garlic
1 (19 oz) can garbanzo beans, drained, reserve half the liquid
1 avocado, halved, pitted, and flesh removed
juice of half a lemon
2 tablespoons tahini paste
1 teaspoon salt pepper to taste
In a food processor chop garlic.
Then, pour in garbanzo beans, reserved liquid from beans, avocado, lemon juice, tahini paste, and salt. Blend until creamy (approximately 3-5 minutes).
Transfer hummus into a bowl and sprinkle with pepper to taste.
Serve with your favorite fresh vegetables.
