YouTuber and Minecraft streamer Technoblade was killed at 23 years old after a long battle with cancer stage four.
The content creator from San Francisco who kept his identity a secret and only revealed his name in the final video "Alex" became famous after posting videos of himself playing Minecraft online in 2013. He eventually went on to gain more than 10,000,000 subscribers.
He was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer in August. He was able to spend the majority of the time away from the media while receiving chemotherapy.
Although it isn't known what form of cancer Alex was suffering from, he went on to raise funds for sarcoma charities and in December, Alex announced that he'd undergone surgery to remove a tumor in his arm.
In a video posted to Technoblade's YouTube channel on the day of the release that was titled "So long nerds," his father who's name is not known, shared the heartbreaking news of his son's passing with his many fans, while relaying a posthumous farewell from the renowned YouTube star.
The father of his son called his son "the most amazing kid', the father then shared an audio recording of his son, who said"If I had another hundred lives, I believe I would like to be Technoblade again every single time as those were the happiest years of my life.'

Technoblade was a highly private person who was not known to share his personal information. He mostly uploaded videos about the sandbox game Minecraft.
He was blessed with three sisters and an older brother named Chris, and the dog Floof who was featured in his final video with his father.
In one video, he revealed his parents divorced and that he stayed with his father who owns a movie studio.
After graduating from high school he took a gap-year before moving to Chicago to learn English.

In one of his videos, He explained the process of creating the Tecnoblade channel with the sole purpose of gaining confidence and getting 10 million subscribers.
He quickly built a large following, posting numerous videos of playing Minecraft with them, but He never shared his identity or name to the fans.
In August the same month, he revealed the shocking news of his diagnosis with cancer in a YouTube video entitled 'Where I've been', which has been watched more than 13 million times.
In the video, he revealed to fans he had been diagnosed with cancer following a thought he had an arm injury, revealing: 'In the last few days of July my right arm began to hurt quite a lot.'
