The best sources are blackcurrants, blueberries, broccoli, guava, kiwi fruits, oranges, papaya, strawberries and sweet potatoes. They all help to produce collagen that strengthens the capillaries that supply the skin. Increasing your intake of vitamin C can be as simple as sprinkling blueberries on top of your cereal or porridge or eating an orange as an afternoon snack. Try to stay away from smoothies though which tend to be very high in sugar!
