I love using Google Forms in the library! It's such an easy way to gather information quickly. I will often make a quick form to ask teachers about professional development, or students about favorite books. But I was so limited to the few templates that Google had. Now I'm thrilled, because you can customize almost EVERY PART of your Google form! Add your own images, change the font, add bold type, etc. to your heart's content! I've attached a sample, which took me all of 60 seconds to make, including adding my own image! I hope you see the possibilities for the new custom Google Form features, too!
