I seriously love pajeon. Every time I arrive back in Korea, pajeon is always one of the first things I go to eat.
My friends and I meet up, catch up and much on pajeon. The makgeoli flows until some ridiculous hour of the morning when we decide to call it a day and head home.
Pajeon is undoubtedly one of my favourite foods - it's just so quintessentially Korean. A trip to Korea isn't complete without pajeon and makgeoli.
