Debunking Fitness Myths

I particularly liked the last one; I recently told friends I was going to start working out again and they all told me to completely cut carbs and just eat protein to get faster results...such nonsense. Completely cutting a food group is NEVER a good idea!

This is really valuable information, there's so many misconceptions about what's good for you or effective.
this is really helpful, I hear a lot of people I know saying these exact myths and it seems really unhealthy.
Too many crunches without any fat burn can actually make your tummy look bigger!
