George Peabody Library
This is the stack room of the George Peabody Library in Baltimore, Maryland. The library opened in 1878, and has five stories of cast iron balconies, topped by a skylight. The library is now administered by Johns Hopkins University, and is still open to the public for viewing. It appears to be mainly used as a wedding venue. All images from jhu.edu

I certainly have a weakness for libraries, and this is no exception! Look at all of those books, it's like something out of a fairy tale or maybe even Beauty and the Beast!
