For the Homemade mango chai latte: 1 mango tea bag of your choice ½ cup boiling water ½ cup milk, plus extra ⅛ cup milk for frothing 1-2 tsp honey 3 cardamom pods, crushed 2 cloves ½ tsp cinnamon, plus extra Instructions To make the Chai latte: Place tea bag into a small saucepan and cover with ¾ cup freshly boiled water. Allow to infuse for 3 minutes. Add milk, spices, honey and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat and simmer for 3 minutes. To make the Frothy milk: In the meantime, pour the other milk (1/8 cup) into a tall glass and whisk using a stick blender to make froth. Note: skim or 2% milk will froth easier than full cream milk as it is lighter. To serve: Using a strainer, pour hot tea, milk and spices mixture into a mug. Top with frothy milk and sprinkle with extra cinnamon.
