And who says we can't drink Gingerbread lattes year-round!? ¼ cup almond milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp molasses ½ tsp ground ginger ¼ tsp ground cloves ½ tsp cinnamon coffee sweetener to taste (not very necessary because of the molasses!) Almost fill your coffee cup entirely (leaving enough room for the milk). In a measuring cup, measure out your almond milk and add a pinch of sweetener. Froth now if you plan on doing so. Add the remainder of the ingredients (except milk) to your coffee, and stir thoroughly. Pour in the milk. Sprinkle cinnamon or cloves on top.
