Your newsfeed is probably buzzing with talk about the latest Apple release of the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. Sprint, like the rest of the U.S. Carriers, is stepping up their game and offering users a new deal if you purchase the iPhone with them. Sprint's original unlimited data/call/text plan is $60/mo with no contract. However, if you buy the new iPhone, your monthly plan would only cost $50. So what's the catch? You have to "lease" the phone for $20/mo (iPhone 6) or $25/mo (iPhone 6 Plus) if you want to join their iPhone for Life plan. You are guaranteed the newest iPhone every 2 years. Here are my thoughts about this new plan: PROS: - You can be paying as little as $70/month for an unlimited data plan with the new iPhone 6 - No need to pay any money up front - No contract - If you always buy the latest iPhone, you can be guaranteed the next big thing every 2 years CONS - You don't technically own the phone because you are leasing it. What happens if you crack the screen...or even worse, lose it? I think I would personally pay to own this phone instead of leasing it, because I am paranoid I would lose it or ruin it. What are your thoughts? Do you think this deal is worth it, or is it too good to be true?
