Okay, I just discovered Where have I been? You can either pick a guided meditation session for a specific amount of time or set a timer. There is a relaxing background and ambient music playing through out the whole thing. I'm going to come back to this whenever I am stressing out....aka finals week! My favorite part: "This is you. Alive and present." Has anyone tried the app? I might try it before I go to sleep.

This is fantastic! I had a really hard time trying to find meditation apps that actually worked when I started yoga but this makes it soo easy!
